HTD Dryer
|
The Mekrom HTD dryer will completely dry a .067 gauge flexo plate in about 15 minutes. The HTD was recently displayed at Drupa and
incorporates a new technology that has been patented in the US and Europe. This unique approach not only reduces drying times dramatically,
but reduces the power consumption needed for drying time as well.
Two Format Sizes Available:

Concept 500
|
500 Dryer
For plate size 52 x 80 in (132 x 203 cm).
This totally new drying unit allows high performance in terms of quality and productivity, as well as energy saving.
This 6 drawers unit consists of 3 independant dryers, each with 2 drawers.
Controlled airflow and excellent temperature uniformity not only offer excellent results but also reduce the drying time.

500 Exposure
For plate size 52 x 80 in (132 x 203 cm).
The Concept 5280 exposure unit is fitted with new key features which offer an excellent light intensity
uniformity over the whole exposure area of the plate. A lamp temperature regulation system provides high
consistency from plate to plate.
The new automatic lid system allows quick, easy and safe operation, as well as large access to
the unit on 3 full sides.
The unit is equipped with 2 drawers for storage of material.

500 Light Finisher
For plate size 52 x 80 in (132 x 203 cm).
This combined Light Finishing and Post-exposure unit is equipped with electronic ballats only.
Both light finisher and post exposure can operate at same time, or separately (in both ways, finisher or
post exposition first) in automatic mode.
Lamp temperature control and regulation, automatic defective lamp detection, are new features available
in this unit.

501 Processor
For plate size 52 x 80 in (132 x 203 cm).
The Concept 5280 processor is a new inline washout system for solid photopolymer plates. It is compatible
with chlorinated or non chlorinated solvents.
It has been designed for high quality washout performances, and for ease of use as well as for low maintenance.
The unit integrates a heater/chiller and is delivered with all necessary accessories, including the punch device.

301 Processor
For plate size 36 x 48 in (90 x 120 cm). Automatic flowline processor for solvent washable flexographic
solid plates. This newly designed processor is equipped with new brushing system and new features for quick
and efficient washout.
Thin, thick, large, narrow, small...any plate can be easily processed in this unit and will be of high quality.

For plate size 36 x 48 in (90 x 120 cm). This is the best available combine Exposure, Light finisher
and Dryer unit.
Electronic ballasts plus a temperature controlled platten, associated to the new special lamp temperature
regulation feature, provide high unifomity in the full exposure area and high consistancy from plate to plate.
A light finisher plus post-exposure drawer and 4 dryer drawers complete this innovative unit.

This compact equipment for plate size 26 x 34 in (66 x 86 cm)combines the washout, exposure, dryer and
light finition units for processing solid flexographic plates.
This is a typical equipement for low production or back up unit.
The washout is a flat bed orbital system with temperature control, exposure and light finisher are in
convenient pull out drawers.
2 drying drawers, each with timer on control display panel complete this compact equipment.

Combine A3
A very compact equipment for solvent washable plate size 14 x 20 in (35 x 50 cm).
The unit combines a washout type flat bed orbital, with solvent temperature regulation, an exposure and a
light finisher both on pull out drawers, and 2 dryer drawers.
A convenient control panel allows easy operation, back, main exposure, light finition have
their own separate setiing up and display. Vacuum level and temperature are visualised on displays.
Time for each dryer drawer can be set up.
