The HEIGHTS Profile 2530 / 3040 is a compact, high productivity batch-type flexographic plate processor offering high speed washouts of the entire plate area via a series of 8 rotary brushes mounted in a cassette with twin directional-motion providing rapid washout and one wiping brush. The result is a ‘dry to touch’ plate produced in a fraction of the time taken by alternative processors, which feed the plate incrementally. Single full size plates or a series of smaller plates can be produced “in one go” using the fully featured sticky transport plate. The compact size of the Profile 3040 is ideal for installation where space is limited, and a modern screen-driven control panel and easy maintenance access provide user-friendly operation.

The new Heights 3647 Batch Processor is a compact, high productivity plate washout system for the larger format digital and conventional flexo plates. Utilising rotary brushes, the unique triple axis washout movement makes high quality flexo plates much quicker than incremental type processors. A unique 'plate clamp' system eliminates the need for either a pin bar or sticky plate, making operator use simple.

The Profile 5280 Batch Processor is the latest in a generation of inline plate processing systems that are designed to washout plates up to 52 x 80 inches (1320 x 2032 mm). This processor offers the highest quality automation, throughput and serviceability available in the industry. An automated brush positioning system provides high accuracy and fast changeover for different plate thicknesses. Removal of polymer and final cleaning of the plate is made by contra-rotating brushes that are replenished with fresh solvent.

The HEIGHTS Profile 3647/5230 Incremental Processors are high performance continuous flow line processors designed for all solvent-washout flexographic photopolymer plates. An incremental processing system means the plate moves continuously through the machine, making it ideal for applications where a wide variety of plate sizes must be accommodated. Washout is by means of flat oscillating brushes, and a ‘floating brush’ design eliminates the need for plate thickness adjustment.

The HEIGHTS Profile 3040/3647 EDF represent sthe latest generation of integrated units offering exposure, drying and light finishing for flexographic photopolymer plate production, and are the ideal partners for processors such as the HEIGHTS Profile 2530 and 3040. They include a lift-up “clam shell” type exposure section which enables easy film positioning, with a compact design to save valuable floor space. Post exposure utilises both UVA and UVC light to ensure perfect results. Incorporating a whisper-quiet four-drawer dryer, and a pull-out drawer-type light finisher for plate surface de-tacking these are the additional features which make the 3040/3647 EDF the premier products in their class.

The HEIGHTS 4260 Dryer is a six drawer high velocity dryer which offers fast and uniform plate drying performance as well as providing maximum installation flexibilty in a compact form. Tangential blowers allow a permanent airflow to optimize the drying process.

The HEIGHTS Profile 5280 DLF is part of a new range of optimised flexographic plate exposing products and represents the very latest in light-finishing technology. It uses a new generation of electronic ballasts, which double lamp life compared to conventional ballasts. Like all HEIGHTS products the Profile 5280 LF has an intuitive user interface and robust, compact construction.

The HEIGHTS Profile 5280 ETL is part of a new range of flexographic plate exposing products and represents the latest in flat-bed plate exposure technology for photopolymer plates up to 1320 x 2030mm. It uses an automatic top-lift double-sided system with vacuum overlay sheet and dry vacuum pump, and a new generation of electronic ballasts, which double lamp life compared to conventional ballasts. Robust with an intelligent user interface for easy control, the Profile 5280E/TL is the quality option for flatbed flexographic plate exposure.
COMPACT UNITS

The Heights 2530 Compact forms part of a new generation of processing systems designed specifically for the demands of high quality digital flexo plates. The Washout system uses highly efficient, self cleaning rotary brushes. The Exposure system maximises UV output and incorporates a cooled bed for plate stabilisation.
Profile A1 / A2 / A3 / A4 Profile A1 (0.75 MB)
This "all in one" unit combines every stage in the flexographic plate production process from exposure to washout, drying and light finishing. It accepts all types of plates and solvents (chlorinated or non-chlorinated) and is ideally suited to the smaller plate making operation where space is limited and value-for-money is at a premium. The Profile A1 has five drawers, one for exposure with draw down sheet to hold the plate, one for light finishing with UVC lamps and three for drying with temperature control and exhaust blower. In the washout section, the plate is fixed face down and washout is obtained by orbital movement of the plate over a brush frame.
ANCILLARY

Specially designed for the precise cutting of flexographic printing plates, the HEIGHTS Cutting Table is the practical solution to your cutting requirements. Designed with the operator in mind, this unit is very simple to use - the process utilises a highly controllable ultrasonic knife with a wide tilting capacity allowing any angle of cut to be achieved through the plate. It is used by a wide spectrum of flexographic specialists who demand quality and accuracy, especially those in the corrugated board industry.

The Heights Punching Device and Pin bar System facilitates easy mounting and dismounting of Plates System includes 24” heavy duty pneumatic punch and two 24” pin bars for higher productivity.
SRU VU SRU VU (0.73 MB)
The HEIGHTS SRU and VU range of solvent recycling units can be used for chlorinated solvent recovery, and by including the VU vacuum unit, can also be used for non-chlorinated solvents. Available in three sizes from 25 litre to 90 litre capacity, these units have a total cycle time (heat up, recovery, cool down) of around 5 hours. Cooling is achieved via hot air exchanger – no water is needed. For safe, efficient and cost effective solvent recycling there is no better choice.
