Progressive Recovery's Plate-Vac™ Units

The Plate-Vac™ unit has been designed specifically for solvent recovery applications in flexographic plate processing operations.

Plumbed directly to a plate processor, the Plate-Vac™ maintains a source of clean solvent that automatically transfers to the plate processor as required. Using a patented process, 97% recovery of available solvent is possible while the still bottoms remain in a flowable state for easy removal and disposal.

The enclosure is designed to be a self contained, Class I, Division II area and the equipment can be installed easily in the plate processing area. Controls are designed to be easy to use and the graphics display screen provides step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting information.

Several models of the Plate-Vac™ are available to match up with your plate processor and the quantity of clean solvent that you will require.
