Application
The AFP-SR plate satisfies the severest criteria of quality in printing corrugated board,solid board and heavy-duty bags.
The surface unevenness of the printing material is compensated by the ideal shore hardness and the restoring behaviour of the AFP-SR plate.
The wide exposure latitude of the AFP-SR plate ensures that image elements like 3% tones and isolated lines 250µm are optimally anchored
even with a relief depth of 3mm (0.118"). At the same time, intermediate depths form evenly and the relief is produced with steep shoulders.

| Inks and Solvents |
Irrespective of the ink system used (solvent, water-based, or UV ink) the AFP-SR plate always ensures optimum ink transfer. It is
permissable to use solvent mixtures containing a limited amount of active solvents (ethyl acetate content-preferably under 10%). |
| Storage of Raw Plates |
AFP-SR plates should be stored at a room temperature of 5-25°C and relative humidity of 55% |
| Storage of Used Plates |
Careful cleaning of the plates after printing is recommended. Direct exposure to sunlight, heat and high concentrations of ozone should be avoided. |
