WHAT IS COVERED
Anilox Rolls Produced By Stork Cellramic, Inc., and Accompanied by Warranty, Are Covered For:

Wear If within 2 years from date of invoice, your Stork Anilox roller has lost its volumetric carrying capacity sufficient to render it useless to you, we will resurface that roller to its original engraving specification at no charge. A no charge resurfacing does not extend the original warranty beyond 2 years. Shipping is included only if Stork arranges it (North America Only).

Blistering and Delamination If within 2 years from date of invoice your Stork Anilox roller is experiencing blistering and/or delamination of the ceramic coating from the base core, Stork will resurface that roller to its original engraving specification at no charge. A no charge resurfacing does not extend the original warranty beyond 2 years. Shipping is included only if Stork arranges it (North America Only).

Plugging If within 2 years from the date of invoice your Stork Anilox roller has lost its volumetric carrying capacity sufficient enough to render it useless to you due to plugging of the cells, Stork will inspect and clean that roller at 50% of our current pricing for that service. Shipping is not included.

Construction Stork guarantees the structural integrity and workmanship of all steel Anilox cores supplied by Stork for the life of the product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damage This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or mishandling. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper cleaning practices. Scoring l Stork uses only the densest and hardest ceramic coating available. It is widely known that scoring is a result of contamination or improper metering, and that remedies do exist to reduce or eliminate this problem. Scoring is not covered under this warranty for this reason.

Journal, Bearing and Keyway Damage Worn or damaged journals, external or internal bearing steps, or keyways, are not covered by this warranty. In most cases we are able to repair affected journal, bearing or keyway surfaces at a nominal cost.

Anilox Rolls Returned Under Warranty Must Be Accompanied By Proof of Purchase
