During InfoFlex 2022 Glunz & Jensen revealed the new design of the FlexiPose 520 EC (Exposure with Cooled bed) and ECLF (Exposure with Cooled bed and Light Finisher).
Starting from 2023, CTGA will accept orders for this new series of equipment from G&J. The standard color scheme is using as main color (for the structure) RAL 7035 (light grey), some details will be colored in a darker grey, RAL 7021. This decision favors harmonizing the presence of machines in work environments that use equipment from other brands to some platemaking complementary functions, such as laser ablation, film imaging or plate cutting.
This new series of flexographic plate displays in maximum format 1310 mm x 2032 mm (52 “x 80”) offers a portfolio of machines with unique technical features such as pneumatic lid opening, improved cooling systems for both ballasts and fluorescent tubes, efficient temperature conditioning of the exposure bed surface plus a new computerized management platform in harmony with G&J processors and automated platemaking machines.
The name of the series is FlexiPose 520, where the red i identifies (in the G&J portfolio) all equipment with internet connection functionality for remote diagnosis, data exchange with digital workflow and firmware updates.
